Yorkshire Ladies Links is excited to feature Wanderlust Stories, a womenswear and accessories brand created by sisters Helen and Lisa Gordon.
Wanderlust Stories started with a simple frustration, struggling to find holiday and occasion pieces that felt a bit different from what was on the high street. From that, Helen and Lisa built a brand focused on making holiday dressing easy, stylish and stress-free all year round.
Their collections are carefully curated to include versatile, well-made pieces that can be worn in lots of different ways. From timeless staples to easy, throw-on-and-go outfits, everything is designed to move effortlessly from beach to brunch to evening drinks, and to mix and match across your wardrobe long after your holiday is over.
Based on the beautiful Harewood Estate in Leeds 17, Wanderlust Stories is open every Friday (10 am–3 pm), as well as offering a more personal shopping experience through monthly events, private group appointments and one-to-one personal shopping. It’s a relaxed, welcoming space where customers can browse at their own pace, try pieces on properly, and enjoy a glass of fizz while they shop.
Helen and Lisa shared their thoughts…
“We really love being members of the Yorkshire Ladies Links network. It’s such a friendly, welcoming community, and we’ve genuinely met some amazing women through it while building real connections with other local businesses. The atmosphere is always so supportive and uplifting; it just feels like everyone genuinely wants to see each other do well.
Mel, the founder, is fantastic. She’s so supportive and always goes out of her way to offer real, practical help and encouragement, which makes such a difference when you’re running a business.
The events are always a real highlight for us. We always come away feeling inspired, having had great conversations and met new faces, and there’s always such a positive buzz in the room.
We were also really grateful for the support when we collaborated to host an event in our store. It was such a great day, we had lots of visitors come through, many of whom kindly supported us with purchases. It was just a really nice experience, not only being members of Yorkshire Ladies Links, but also getting to welcome the community into our own space and share what we do in a really personal way.”
Wanderlust have showcased their beautiful clothing and accessories and attended many Yorkshire Ladies Links events, including showcasing their clothing at our recent Charity Ladies Lunch and their special store opening for our community.
And you’ll be seeing them again soon; they’ll be joining us with a pop-up stall at our shopping and charity lunch event in November, as well as exhibiting at our conference next February with a large space showcasing their full collection.
