Meet Helen Elam, Joint Managing Director
Helen has been a part of the Sparq team collectively for 35 years. Having joined as a receptionist and worked her way through the business to become Joint Managing Director, she has been involved in the expansion of Sparq from its Saville Audio Visual days. Helen’s story is full of determination, curiosity and a genuine care for her team. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation and helping more people discover the opportunities the industry can offer.
Helen is very hands-on with the team and company, being aware of the day-to-day running of the business alongside the day-to-day struggles and obstacles that the team are always up against. She is always in the business, not looking down on it.
