We’re delighted to share our first Meet Our Member introduction for 2026 and to warmly welcome Elaine Morris to the Yorkshire Ladies Links membership.
Elaine is a leadership and wellbeing coach (ILM Level 7) and the founder of Curious Edge. She brings over 25 years of experience from senior leadership and insight roles, including director-level positions at Hallmark and ASDA, where she led major research programmes to understand consumer needs and behaviour, shape strategy, and drive innovation.

Today, Elaine works with individuals and organisations through 1:1 coaching, workshops and employer support programmes. She supports people navigating career change, redundancy, confidence challenges and leadership development, helping them gain clarity, confidence and direction during periods of transition. Alongside this, Elaine partners with employers to strengthen inclusion, wellbeing and psychological safety, using research and insight to inform strategy and innovation.
A key part of Elaine’s work is her Empowerment Programme for women, designed for those who want to reconnect with themselves, build confidence and gain clarity about what they want next. Elaine’s approach is calm, reflective and practical, creating supportive spaces where women can think clearly and take meaningful steps forward at their own pace.

Elaine is also passionate about supporting organisations to create more inclusive and supportive workplaces. She has recently secured funding from the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority as part of a Government-Funded Trailblazer programme. Through her Employer Support Programme, Elaine is supporting SMEs with inclusive recruitment and retention, employee conversations around sickness absence, and direct coaching to help individuals recognise their strengths and build confidence.
As part of this work, Elaine has partnered with another Yorkshire female-owned business, OT4me, to deliver workshops on sensory-integrated workplaces, neurodiversity and stress management. Together, they are helping companies to build environments where people feel understood, supported and able to thrive.
