We are delighted to welcome Tracy Fletcher, Chair of Smart Works Leeds and our charity partner, who will open the Yorkshire Voices Reset and Rise Conference on Friday, 27th February at the Pavilions of Harrogate.
As a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and leadership, Tracy brings both professional expertise and genuine commitment to the mission of Smart Works Leeds.
About Tracy
Tracy enjoyed a 20-year career in Financial Services, holding senior leadership roles before launching her own banking recruitment business in 2008. Throughout her career, she has been a strong advocate for women in finance, serving as an active signatory of the HM Treasury Women in Finance Charter and mentoring new business owners and finance professionals.

She joined Smart Works Leeds in 2019 as a volunteer coach and was appointed Chair in 2023. Following the sale of her recruitment business, she is now working on a number of consultancy assignments, giving herself greater balance and flexibility.
“I am so proud and privileged to have the opportunity to be the Chair of Smart Works Leeds. I am excited for the future of the centre.”
Outside of work Tracy enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog Rudy, and on rainy days loves nothing more than immersing herself in a good crime novel.
Attendance Information
Tracy will be speaking immediately before the Yorkshire Voices Panel session. Entry to Tracy’s speech is included as part of the Panel session, and it is not possible to attend her address separately.

Supporting Women in Yorkshire Our Charity Partner
We are proud to be partnering with Smart Works Leeds, an organisation that supports unemployed women with free coaching, personal styling and job interview preparation.
Over the past year Smart Works has helped more than 1,000 women across Yorkshire build confidence, secure employment and transform their futures.
Stories That Inspire Rebecca’s Journey
Rebecca came to Smart Works Leeds with her teenage daughter after surviving years in an abusive relationship. Unsure of where to turn or what to wear for an upcoming job interview, she met Fran, the Outreach Assistant at Smart Works Leeds and a former client herself.
“From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated with such care and kindness. I had spent so long wearing black, and Smart Works helped me find colour again.”
Today both Rebecca and her daughter are employed. Rebecca now volunteers in her community and supports other women through a peer group she started herself.
Smart Works is changing lives and we are proud to support their mission.
