Surfhouse is a Yorkshire-based interior styling and property staging business covering Yorkshire and the North of England, with the flexibility to work nationwide.
The idea for Surfhouse was first developed during Covid, while founder Karen Livock was searching for investment properties. However, it was towards the end of 2022 that Surfhouse was officially launched.
With a background in HR, alongside studies in interior design, soft furnishing design, and professional interior styling, Karen wanted to help not just homeowners struggling to sell, but also investors and developers looking to make their properties stand out.
Surfhouse specialises in staging properties for sale, with a particular focus on properties that have already been listed but are struggling to attract buyers.
The business also works with business owners to restyle workspaces, improving staff wellbeing, morale, and productivity.
Interior styling is the toolkit to achieve the results clients want.
