By collaborating with Employment Law Solicitors and engaging in continuous professional development, Nancy provides clients with up-to-date, practical advice on day-to-day human resources issues. She is also part of the HR Inner Circle with renowned Barrister and LBC presenter Daniel Barnett, ensuring her advice is both relevant and actionable.
Marie Davies Joins the Team
In 2015, Marie Davies joined Doodle HR, becoming Nancy’s business partner in 2019. With over 20 years of experience in both public and private sector organisations, Marie is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and specialises in providing practical HR advice covering all aspects of people management. Her calm, common-sense approach empowers directors and managers to find effective solutions to HR-related challenges.
Marie’s goal is to support organisations in managing and developing their people effectively, equipping them to meet both current and future needs. Her ability to work closely with clients instils confidence, enabling them to fulfil their roles fairly in an ever-changing HR landscape.
