PARTNER EVENT: We are delighted to introduce an event hosted by our fabulous Yorkshire Ladies Links Member, Rachel Peru.

SAVE THE DATE!

It's a double celebration!

Join Rachel to celebrate the launch of her first swimsuit and International Podcast Day - her first ever Liberté-Free to Be live event.

Wednesday 30th September, 7–10 pm, Hotel du Vin, Harrogate

Ticket £25 (includes a welcome drink and goody bag)

After sitting on the idea of launching her own swimwear brand for years, Rachel can't believe she's finally ready to share her first design and launch the Liberté brand. And this year she hit her 160th guest on the podcast - every conversation has left her richer and inspired, and she can't wait to bring some of them together to share their life lessons with you.

Expect honest conversations, lots of laughter, and possibly some tears, with women you can relate to.

Meet The Guest Speakers:

Jo Moseley is a bestselling, award-winning author of 3 books about beautiful places to paddleboard and wellbeing on the water, podcast host of The Joy of SUP - The Paddleboarding Sunshine Podcast, and short filmmaker.

A single mum of two grown-up sons, she lives with and looks after her father by the coast. Jo dips and paddles at sunrise, does a daily beach clean, and loves nights under the stars in her van, Summer. Jo believes it's never too late to start something new and fulfil our dreams - creativity, she says, has no expiration date. In summer 2026 she pivoted her career, acting on a lesson she learned becoming the first woman to paddleboard coast to coast: "I realised that if you have even the tiniest spark of a dream, you owe it to yourself to try and make it happen."

Claire Hurst joined Rachel on the podcast as her 160th guest, in a conversation packed with great advice on understanding and navigating menopause. Claire has helped hundreds of women rebalance their menopause through her science-backed, integrative approach — including the impact on body confidence after breast cancer, and the disconnect it can cause.

Tendai Murairwa is a Zimbabwean-born fashion designer,

speaker, and sustainability advocate based in Yorkshire, and founder of Teestyletribe - a brand celebrating culture, creativity, and conscious fashion by blending vibrant African prints with British influences and championing upcycling.

Since moving to the UK over 20 years ago, Tendai has built a career using fashion and storytelling to inspire confidence, celebrate diversity, and encourage people to embrace their identity. Her work has featured on a BT advert and ITV's Dress the Nation and This Morning, and she's showcased designs at fashion events across the UK. Through her social platforms, she shares honest reflections on life as an immigrant in Yorkshire - using humour, culture, and personal experience to build understanding and connection.
