Reset and Rise 2026 is shaping up to be one of the most inspiring dates in the Yorkshire calendar, offering a full day of learning, discovery, and meaningful connection. Attendees will experience three speaker sessions featuring award-winning motivational speakers. Two of these speakers will be announced soon, and every session has been designed to be emotional, thought-provoking, and truly life-changing.

We recommend taking time to plan your day, as our speaker programme will run from the morning through to the afternoon, with the final session set to be one you will not want to miss.

Companies, charities, and organisations across Yorkshire are already securing their exhibitor spaces, and stands are booking up quickly. From next month, we will begin introducing and promoting the exhibitors who have already booked to join us, giving them early visibility well ahead of the event.

Yorkshire Voices members also receive priority booking, discounted stand spaces and discounted sponsorship packages. Non-members are welcome to exhibit and enjoy all standard benefits, with the option to upgrade to membership for enhanced visibility and engagement opportunities.

We usually close exhibitor bookings at the end of November, as this is when our full marketing campaign for exhibitors begins. To maximise your exposure and benefit from long-term marketing opportunities, we strongly recommend signing up as soon as possible. Spaces are limited, and they are already booking up fast.

There are two types of exhibitor space available:

• 6ft space with table included – ideal for delivering speaker sessions (member benefit), showcasing products, displays, and interacting with attendees.

• Banner-only space – limited to the width of one pop-up banner (approximately 1000mm). No tables, displays, or products can be added.
